Although by order dated 23-09-2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of arrears of maintenance as per the impugned order dated 18-11-2024 and thereafter on the request of the petitioner, time was again granted by order dated 01-12-2025 for depositing the arrears, today, again time is sought for depositing the arrears.

In view of the request made, one week time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed. 3.

In case, the amount is deposited within a period of one week, issue notice to the respondent, returnable after three weeks. (Prafulla S. Khubalkar , J.
