DATED : 11.02.2026 The order impugned is dated 21.08.2025, which, by referring the earlier orders of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 6323/2024, 7421/2024, and 6722/2024 records a finding that since there is a dispute in the management, approval to the appointments of the teachers cannot be granted. In that view, and after perusal of the orders referred supra, this is a clear case of contempt by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana.

In that view of the matter, and in view of the fact that the learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to explain the position, stand over to 18.02.2026, by way of a last chance.

We make it clear that if a plausible explanation would not come forward by way of an affidavit in reply, we would be constrained to pass some order which would have large repercussions on the said authority.
