In view of the fact that the approval is granted, one part of the prayer of the petition stands satisfied. As far as other part of the prayer regarding inclusion the names of petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali and allotment of Shalarth ID is concerned, we hope the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to act in accordance with law which in our opinion would be a necessary fall out of grant of approval. 3.
