Learned A.G.P. seeks time to file reply of respondents. 2.

On the previous date, similar such request was made. Upon which, last chance was given saying that if the reply is not filed, the petition shall proceed without reply. Despite this position, the respondents failed to give necessary instructions to the learned A.G.P. to file reply. However, considering the nature of the controversy, reply from the respondents is necessary. 3.

Accordingly, we grant a further period of two weeks to file reply, subject to costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the respondents before the next date. The costs of Rs.5,000/- shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court within fifteen days. The amount shall thereafter be transferred to the "Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur".
