Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents.

The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct respondent No.2-Committee for Scrutiny and Verification of Tribes Claim, Yavatmal to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within stipulated time, which is pending before respondent No.2 since 2020. In view thereof, there is no necessity to issue notices to the respondents. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.A.S. Fulzele appears for the respondents has no objection to grant the above relief.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

The respondent No.2-Committee for Scrutiny and Verification of Tribes Claim, Yavatmal is hereby directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.

The petitioner to appear before respondent No.2Committee for Scrutiny and Verification of Tribes Claim, Yavatmal on 01/10/2025. No separate notice will require to be issued to the petitioner.

The learned Additional Government Pleader to communicate this order to respondent No.2-Committee. 8.

With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
