Heard Shri R.B. Dhore, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms Sakshi Tiwari, learned Counsel holding for Shri R.D. Dhande, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2. 3.

At the outset, on instructions, for the present, the other prayers in the petition are not pressed by the petitioner. The petitioner claims that he is having a right to be considered to the promotion for the post of 'Kendra Pramukh'. On perusal of the petition, and more particularly, in view of the prayer Clause (ii), it is revealed that there is a representation dated 19.08.2025, submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 which is still pending. We therefore direct the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 19.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner claiming his right of promotion within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Petitioner to appear before the respondent

Needless to mention that the said representation would be decided in accordance with law. With such direction, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum as and when occasion arises.
