In the present petition, the petitioners are challenging their transfer in 7th round for difficult area though not completed five years service in present school. In view of the judgment passed in Writ Petition No.7287 of 2024 (Sangita Rajendra Hole and others v. State of Maharashtra and others) and other connected matter, wherein this court has already quashed and set aside the seniority list of teachers eligible for transfer in difficult area. In view thereof, the petitioners' grievance appears to be redressed and therefore, the petition has become infructuous.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as has become infructuous. No costs.
