The contention is that the respondent No.2 Committee vide impugned order dated 04.04.2025 has dismissed the appeal of the petitioner and upheld the order passed by the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Umarkhed dated 10.11.2022 thereby rejecting to grant the caste validity of 'Koli Mahadeo' to the petitioner. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13.10.2025.
