Petitioners' challenge is to order passed by the appellate Court rejecting the application for condonation of delay in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Appeal challenging the order of temporary injunction granted by the trial Court. It is submitted that there was delay of 228 days in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Appeal and the petitioners have given sufficient cause for condonation of delay. 3.
