Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The only relief claimed by the petitioner in this petition is for issuance of direction to the respondentScrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with the amended provisions of the Scrutiny Committee Act and Rules. It appears that the proposal was submitted on 26/12/2018 and still decision is not taken by the respondent-Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above fact, the petition is allowed. 4.

The respondent-Scrutiny Committee is hereby directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, which was pending since 26/12/2018 within a period of three KHUNTE

The petitioner to appear before the respondentScrutiny Committee on 04/10/2025. No separate notice is required to be issued to the petitioner.
