By the present petition, the petitioners are challenging the order passed below Exh.15 dated 14.08.2025 by 18th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur in Summary Civil Suit No.05/2025, thereby, granting leave to defend. 2.

Petitioner / original plaintiff has filed the instant petition, in which respondent is served, but nobody appears for the respondent. On last date also, nobody appeared and hence, by an order dated 01.12.2025 the matter was adjourned for today.

Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent.

Having regard to the controversy involved in the petition, to give one more opportunity to the respondent, list the petition on 07.01.2026.
