The petitioner seeks direction to respondent No.1 - Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

The petitioner also seeks certain directions to respondent No.2 to provisionally release the college leaving certificate, Diploma certificate and passing certificate. 4.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13/10/2025.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1/State.

In addition to regular mode, the petitioner is permitted to serve respondent No.2 by all modes as permissible in law.
