Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner expeditiously.

(3) In view of the limited prayer, we direct the Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a period of two months.

(4) The Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No. 1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee on 09/01/2026.
