By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nagpur, by which the interim stay which was granted by order dated 21.08.2025, was vacated, by observing repeated absence of the appellant and his counsel.

It is pointed out that the proceedings before the Sub-Divisional Officer are now at the stage of final arguments.

Considering this fact, it is in the interest of justice that the proceedings before the Sub-Divisional Officer, are directed to be expeditiously decided. It is also pointed out that the interest of petitioner is already protected by separate order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the trial Court on an application for temporary injunction in Regular Civil Suit No.1104/2024.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
The Sub-Divisional Officer, Nagpur, is directed to expeditiously decide the proceedings, pending before it, preferably within two months.
