The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the trial Court directing the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs. 2000/- per month as maintenance pendente lite under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 2000/- per month as directed by the impugned order in this Court within two weeks, to show his bona fides.
