The primary contention canvassed by learned Counsel for the petitioners is that the impugned order dated 07-08-2025 is passed by the Mamlatdar by reviewing its own order and granting a new approach way from the land belonging to the petitioners. On perusal of the orders passed by the Mamlatdar, the contention prima facie appears to be having substance and needs to be considered.

The respondents are permitted to file their respective reply(s). In view of the prima facie case made out, the parties are directed to maintain status quo till next date.
