The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned order dated 11th February, 2025, passed by the respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia, thereby rejecting the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 on the post of Junior Clerk. 3.

The contention of the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 - Trust runs petitioner No.2 - School. Petitioner No.3 was appointed on the post of Junior Clerk by petitioner Nos.1 and 2 vide appointment order dated 27th December, 2024. The proposal for approval of the said appointment was submitted to the respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia on 13th January 2025. However, the proposal was rejected by the respondent - Education Officer on the ground

910.WP.5842.2025.odt 2/2 that the advertisement did not mention the educational qualification for the post of Laboratory Attendant. The impugned order reveals non-application of mind on the part of the respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia, as the proposal was submitted for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 on the post of Junior Clerk, not on the post of Laboratory Attendant.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 15th October, 2025.
