The petitioner seeks challenge to the order dated 22/05/2025 issued by the respondent thereby rejecting the proposal for approval of the appointment of petitioner No.3 on the post of Laboratory Assistant.

The contention is that the respondent by virtue of the impugned order has rejected the proposal on the ground that there are surplus employees in the school and hence the approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 cannot be granted.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out the certificate of grant of minority status to petitioner No.1 - society which is at page No.60 of the petition. Further contention is that till the passing of the impugned order, petitioner Nos.1 or 2 had never received any communication from the respondent thereby

In view of above, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 12/11/2025.
