Heard Mr. Sawal, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Petitioners challenge is to order dated 24-09-2025 passed by the trial Court, allowing the application filed by the defendants in Regular Civil Suit No.308/2015, by which the document of power of attorney is ordered to be exhibited. Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the trial Court has wrongly observed that the document of power of attorney was produced in response to the questions asked in the cross examination and further it is submitted that the document is ordered to be exhibited even without the person who has singed the document being examined as witness.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (iii) shall operate, which is reproduced below :-
