It is alleged that the petitioner is proposed to be transferred without there being any consideration that he has not completed two years of service at one station. In view of Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024, the proposed transfer prima facie cannot sustainable being midterm transfer and against the principle laid down in the said GR.

As such, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06/11/2025.
