The petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.07.2025, passed by the trial court on an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application for review of the order passed on application at Exhibit 123, which was for issuance of commission to the Deputy Director/Deputy of Superintendent of Police, Fingerprint Bureau, CID, Maharashtra State, Nagpur or any other handwriting expert. The petitioner submits that application at Exhibit 123 was rejected by observing that the attesting witnesses and scribe of the document could be examined as witnesses. However, after the evidence was sought to be adduced, the petitioner found it necessary to get opinion of handwriting expert. Therefore, the application was filed for review of the said order with condonation of delay. It is submitted that the delay in unintentional.
