This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking stay to the proceedings of Special Civil Suit No.626/2016 pending before the 9th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur.

In view of the fact that the petition challenging the order dated 18-07-2025 passed by the trial Court is pending before this Court in which notice was issued by order dated 06-10-2025, the instant application will be considered after the respondent put his appearance in the matter.

In the meantime, the petitioners are permitted to file an adjournment application before the trial Court and if the same is submitted by the petitioners before the trial Court, the same be considered favarourbly.
