The petitioner approached this Court with following substantive prayer :- "[i] Direct respondent no.1 and 2 to give NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE, EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE, approved / signed Principal format and API format and such other documents and approvals as required as per instructions contained in interview invitation annexed at ANNEXURE-F for appearing in interview scheduled for 11/10/2025."

We have invited respondents' attention to the Judgment dated 02/08/2024 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.5890/2023 (Annexure-I) wherein in identical circumstances, the Court directed the Management to issue No Objection Certificate.

We do not find any reason to take a different view, particularly because the petitioner is seeking documents to appear for interview scheduled on 11/10/2025, meaning thereby that these documents are required for his better prospect, which cannot be denied. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the documents will be issued, if so directed. In view thereof, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

i] The respondent No.1 shall forthwith issue No Objection Certificate and Experience Certificate. ii] The respondent No.1 shall also certify Principal Format and API Format after verifying the record. This exercise shall be done by 5.00 p.m. today.

iii] The petitioner shall approach respondent No.1 by 2.30 p.m. today.

iv] All concerned shall act upon the authenticated/uploaded copy of this order. However, the counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall inform the respondents on phone and WhatsApp about the order so passed, for its compliance.

v] Petition is disposed of in above terms.
