The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned order dated 31/08/2023 issued by respondent No.3 thereby rejecting the proposal for grant of Shalartha I.D. to the petitioner on various reasons as mentioned in the communication dated 31/08/2023 at page 28, Annexure-C of the petition. 3.

In view of above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13/11/2025.
