The petitioner, who is a senior citizen, has claimed maintenance of Rs.10,000/- from his two sons. The Tribunal-SubDivisional Officer has rejected the application and the Appellate Authority i.e. Collector has granted interim maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month to be paid by each of two sons. 3.
