Petitioners challenge is to order dated 10-09-2025 passed by the trial Court, rejecting the application filed by the petitioners for intervention in the suit. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the trial Court has erroneously observed that earlier identical application was rejected and therefore the application for intervention deserves to be rejected. It is pointed out that earlier application was filed by the defendant in the suit and the rejection of same cannot be a reason to reject the application filed by the applicants for joining them as party defendants. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after two weeks.
