DATED : 17.02.2026 In spite of the fact that while issuing notice on 10.10.2025, and granting interim relief in terms of prayer Clause - (c) of the petition, which speaks about raising the regular salary of the petitioner No.3, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not getting any salary since March 2025, putting him to great prejudice.

When confronted, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents submits that the file would be processed within two days and therefore seeks time.

In that view of the matter, place the matter for further consideration, and more particularly, for making a statement by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on 25.02.2026.
