Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

The present petition seeks a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Education Officer, to forthwith accept the pay bills of the petitioner No. 3 and to release his regular salary from the month of March 2025 onwards. By way of an ad interim order passed on 10.10.2025, we had granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) of the petition, whereby a direction was issued to forthwith release the regular salary of Petitioner No. 3. 3.

Today the learned AGP Ms. H. N. Jaipurkar, on instructions, states that the bills have been sent to the Treasury and would be cleared today itself.

4.

In that view of the statement made on instructions from the Education Officer, we dispose of the petition, as the prayer clause in the petition stands satisfied.

5.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms, and the Writ Petition is disposed of.
