In the meantime, if an application for adjournment is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.1/Sub-Divisional Officer, Yavatmal, the same be considered by the respondent No.1/Sub-Divisional Officer, Yavatmal, favorably.

By this application, the applicants seek to amend the writ petition by incorporating certain paragraphs in the memorandum of petition. Since, the application is moved even before issuance of notice, the present application is allowed.
