Heard Mr. Z.Z. Haq, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In spite of that fact that the notice issued by this Court is returnable after Diwali Vacation, learned counsel for the petitioner has mentioned the matter before me, stating that there is some urgency in the matter, inasmuch as, the proceedings at Washington are pending and are fixed for evidence on 03/11/2025.

In that view of the matter, I have taken the matter for hearing. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole respondent was served on Saturday, and an affidavit of service to that effect has been tendered across the bar.

In that view of the matter, place the matter on 28/10/2025 for further consideration.

Even if, in spite of service, the respondent chooses not to appear, this Court shall consider the prayer for interim relief made by the petitioner.
