This is an application filed by the respondent-wife, for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of interim maintenance of Rs.50,000/-, which was deposited by the petitioner-husband, in this Court, vide order dated 10.11.2025.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned Advocate for the respondent submit that the parties have already compromised the petition before the Family Court and even the instant writ petition is already withdrawn by order dated 27.01.2026. In view of the compromise between the parties, the respondent is entitled for withdrawal of amount of interim maintenance of Rs.50,000/-.

In view of this, the application is allowed. The respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), which was deposited in this Court. 4.
