The learned AGP appears and waives service for the respondent.

The petitioner seeks directions to the Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati (for short, "the Scrutiny Committee") to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. Needless to mention that the petitioner applied for validation of her caste certificate before the Scrutiny Committee about a year ago. It appears that still the Scrutiny Committee has not decided the application of the petitioner.

The learned AGP appearing for the Scrutiny Committee submitted that the case of the petitioner might have been referred for the Vigilance enquiry. RR Jaiswal

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioner filed the application in November-2024, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner within three months from today, in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
