The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned transfer order dated 21/08/2025, issued by respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13th November, 2025.

Mr. A.M. Kadukar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent No.1. 5.

In addition to the usual mode, the petitioners to serve respondent Nos.2 to 4 by private mode.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out the representation dated 20/08/2025, which is at record page No.26 (Annexure-3), submitted to respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal. He submits that, till date, the aforesaid representation has not been decided.
