Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
It is alleged that the Petitioner is proposed to be transferred without there being any consideration that he has not completed two years of service at one station and he is due for retirement on 30/05/2026. In view of Government Resolution (GR) dated 18/06/2024, the proposed transfer prima facie is not sustainable being midterm transfer and against the principle laid down in the said GR.

As such, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 06/11/2025.

Mr. A. S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

The Petitioner to serve the other Respondents by usual mode as well as any private mode available in law. 6.
As prima facie case is made out by the Petitioner, the Respondents are directed to maintain status quo as on today till disposal of the present petition.
