(3) Ms. Jachak, learned Addl. GP waives notice for the Respondent No. 1 and Shri Sable, learned Counsel waives notice for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(4) It is the contention of the Petitioner that he is going to retire on 30/06/2026. The Petitioner is challenging the transfer order which is against the transfer policy in Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024. Moreover, it is a mid term transfer. It is contended that the Petitioner is not relieved yet. His Representations against the said transfer are still pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. ..

2wp6353.25 2wp6353.25 (5) At this stage, all the parties agree to dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to the Chief Executive Officer to decide the Representations of the Petitioner.

(6) As such, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur is directed to decide the Representations of the Petitioner dated 26/08/2025 and 06/10/2025 within one month as per Clause 5.10.1 of the Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024, from the date of passing of this order. The Petitioner shall appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur on 30/10/2025 along with copy of this order.

(7) In the meanwhile, the Petitioner shall not be disturbed from his original post before transfer.
