Learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record Joint Pursis No. 01/2026, stating that an agreement for settlement between the parties was executed on 02.03.2026. In pursuance of the said agreement, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has also tendered an undertaking on 04.03.2026.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it is evident that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in light of the said settlement.
