Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners submits that the impugned order dated 02.09.2025, is passed by the School Tribunal, Amravati, allowing the amendment application and the application for amendment was entertained by the Tribunal even when the appeal was posted for judgment and as such, the impugned order is unsustainable on this count. He submits that, now the appeal is posted for judgment on 09th February 2026 and therefore, prays for interim relief.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 seeks time to advance her arguments in the matter.

In view of this, list this petition on 18th February 2026. 5.
