Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14/11/2025.

Ms. Kavita Bhondge, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 3. 4.

In addition to usual mode of service, the Petitioners are permitted to serve the Respondent Nos.2 by any private mode of service available in law.

It is the contention of the Petitioners that in spite of approval of Shalarth ID, the salary of the Petitioner is stopped, since March 2025.

As such, in the meanwhile, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).

However, it is made clear that the Authorities conducting the inquiry into the genuineness of the Shalarth ID, may continue to conduct the same and the Headmaster of the school is hereby directed to co-operate the Inquiry Officer and supply the documents if they are in his possession or if those are not in his possession, he may inform the same to the Competent Authority accordingly.
