DATE : 04.02.2026 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 02.10.2025 passed by the respondent/State, by which, the petitioner's license of gaming and premises license was suspended.

Today, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to initiate proceedings for grant of fresh license or renewal of license as permissible in law.
