Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical matter this Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition and file it before the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Accordingly, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim relief granted by this Court on 17-10-2025 shall continue for a period of four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to file the petition before the Aurangabad Bench. On expiry of four weeks, the interim relief shall stand vacated automatically. 4.

The amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court shall be transferred to the Aurangabad Bench. (Prafulla S. Khubalkar , J.
