During the course of hearing, we have perused the prayer clause in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. In view thereof, leave is granted to withdraw the petitions. Considering the nature of controversy involved, services of the petitioner(s) shall not be substituted by another set of ad-hoc employees for further period of two weeks.
