Heard Mr. P. S. Kshirsagar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

This petition challenges the communication dated 01.10.2025 issued by respondent no.2 - Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur thereby granting approval to the proposal for cancellation of the promotions to the petitioners on the post of regular Kendra Pramukh, issued by order dated 30.06.2023. 3.

The contention is that the petitioners have already been promoted in the year 2023 as Kendra Pramukh on ad-hoc basis and drawing the salary of the promotional post. Respondent no.2 - Additional Commissioner without hearing the petitioners and without following the principles of natural justice, issued the impugned communication to respondent no.3 - Zilla Parishad, who is in the process of cancellation of the promotions granted

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Learned Asstt. Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2.
