On 15.12.2025, this Court had passed the following order in both the petitions.

1.

Having regard to the controversy involved and considering the contentions canvassed by the petitioner that the post on which the petitioner was working is now shown as vacant and likely to be filled-in by transferring somebody on the said posts, the request for grant of interim relief is considered.

Having regard to the controversy involved, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo, till next date. 3.

List the petition on 19.12.2025 for further consideration.

4.

Parties are directed to file their respective replies on or before next date.

Learned AGP points out that the petitioner has taken a stand that since the controversy is pending including the proceedings of instant petition, by maintaining status quo, the entire control of the store, in which all the equipments required for working of the students and college is kept, will be retained by the petitioner and the keys of the store will also be entirely kept with himself. Learned AGP further points out that, because of this attitude of the petitioner, working of the college is hampered and even the students are not entitled to use the equipments which was kept in the store.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner asserts that the working is not at all standstill. Learned AGP, on instructions, from the Principal, who is present before this Court, states that because of the attitude of the petitioner maintaining control over the store, the equipments are not being able to be used by the students and the working in that regard is virtually at standstill. 4.

Having regard to this, it is directed that the petitioner shall hand over the keys of the store to the Principal of respondent No.2 college immediately.

As far as the petitioner's grievance about possibility of some other person likely to be transferred in his place, it is directed that, till next date, no person should be transferred in place of the petitioner.

List this petition for further consideration on 14th January 2026.
