Heard Mr. P.B. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner.

He submits that the notice impugned in the present petition dated 18.10.2025 makes a reference to the order of the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Division, Amravati passed on 17.10.2025. He further points out that he neither received any notice in respect of the proceedings in which order dated 17.10.2025 appears. Thereafter, notice dated 18.10.2025 seems to be issued to the petitioner which directs her to handover the charge to one Mr. Harish Digambarrao Wahane/ respondent No.4. He further submits that twice the appointment of the petitioner has been approved by Department vide order dated 8.3.2019 and 9.2.2021 which are still in force. He, therefore, prays for protection to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 4.11.2025.

Ms. Prachi Joshi, learned A.G.P. waives services of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent Nos.1 and 4 by all modes of service.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action till the returnable date.
