By the terms of settlement, the management has undertaken to reinstate the respondent No.1 on the post of 'Assistant Teacher' with effect from 26.06.2013 and the petitioners have agreed to pay a lump sum amount of Rs.25 Lakhs, as detailed in the terms of settlement. 3.

The terms of settlement is tendered across the bar and the same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purposes.
