By this petition, the petitioner-husband challenges the order under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, by which the interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) per month was ordered to be paid to the respondent-wife and their children. 3.

The petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears of maintenance, in accordance with the order dated 15.04.2025, in this Court within a period of one week from today.
