The petition challenges the order of deputation passed by the respondent no.4-Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Digras relieving the petitioner for joining at office of the Guardian Minister, Yavatmal.

The contention is that no consent of the petitioner has been obtained for such deputation.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal at admission stage, returnable on 20.11.2025.
