Since the only relief claimed against the respondent is to decide the representations dated 28.06.2024 and 16.07.2024 hence, we think it appropriate to dispose of this petition by issuing a direction to the respondent to decide the representations in respect of implementation of higher pay-scale of Road Roller Driver filed by the petitioner, a retired employee of the respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
