Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties.

This is a petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to forward the proposal of the petitioner along with all necessary documents to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati within the stipulated period of time. 3.

We have heard Mr. D.P. Bhongade, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H.D. Futane, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. A.U. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though he was appointed vide order dated 29.7.2024, the Management has failed to forward the proposal to the Education Officer for approval.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that in fact they had sent the proposal but certain deficiencies were pointed out by the Office of the Education Officer. He invites our attention to the letter dated 8.1.2025 and submits

J-wp6671.25.odt 3/3 that those deficiencies have not been complied with or completed in spite of repeated reminders to the petitioner in that regard. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he would cure all the deficiencies, as enumerated in letter dated 8.1.2025 within a period of three weeks from today. 7.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with following directions. We, therefore, pass the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The writ petition is partly allowed.

(ii) It it hereby directed that the petitioner would cure all the deficiencies at his end as reflected in the letter dated 8.1.2025 within three weeks from today.

(iii) After curing all the deficiencies the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to submit said proposal to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati i.e. respondent No.2 within a week thereafter.

(iv) With these directions the petition is disposed of. (v) Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
