Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the parties to the petition have in fact settled their controversy out of Court and they desire to get the suit compromised and disposed of. He submits that, in view of the interim relief granted by this Court on 04.11.2025, by which all further proceedings in the suit are stayed, the application for compromise could not be filed before the trial court.

In view of this, the interim order dated 04.11.2025 is vacated and it is clarified that the suit may proceed and the parties are at liberty to file an application for compromise before the trial court on next date, to get the suit compromised.
